These terms apply when you use Hidden Object Kids: Find Ellie, a seek-and-find game for iPhone and iPad ("the app", "we", "us"). The app is made by Trevor Richardson (inktree). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Apple's license
The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). These terms add to the Apple EULA. If they conflict, the Apple EULA wins. Apple isn't responsible for the app or for supporting it; we are.
What the app does
Kids search busy illustrated scenes of ancient Egypt for two characters, Ellie and Zeke, count bonus items, and hear short history facts. The facts are written for young children and simplified on purpose.
Free scenes and the one-time purchase
- The first two scenes are free to play.
- A one-time in-app purchase unlocks all scenes. The current price is shown in the app before you buy.
- There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- Payment is handled by Apple and charged to your Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If you buy the unlock, you can restore it on your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account at no extra cost.
Acceptable use
Please don't copy, reverse-engineer or resell the app or its artwork, voice recordings or text, or use it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
The artwork and content
The scenes, characters, voice clips and text in the app belong to us. Some artwork was created with the help of AI image tools and reviewed by us.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the app after an update, the updated terms apply.
