I bought the unlock. How do I get it back on a new device?
Open the app, tap any locked scene on the start screen, and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it. The unlock is a one-time purchase, so you never pay twice.
What is the grown-up check?
Before any purchase, the app asks a multiplication question, like 7 × 8. It's there so young kids can't buy anything by accident. Tap Cancel to go back to the game.
My child is stuck and can't find Ellie or Zeke.
Tap the lightbulb button in the top corner. It scrolls to the area where a kid is hiding and circles it. The same button helps during the counting round.
How do I switch scenes?
Tap the house button in the top corner to go back to the start screen, then tap any scene in the row at the bottom.
There's no sound.
Check that the volume is up. The voice plays even when the ringer switch is on silent. If it still doesn't play, close the app fully and open it again.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
